IMPORTANT NOTES FROM CIRCULAR 4
Plenty of room for these this season so we will start with reminding clubs about Management Committee members duties.
1. Registration Secretary deals with all matters concerning player registrations and issue of player id cards. He should also receive match cards (General Secretary has already got one this season (Thank you Clavisque) and does not want to see any more.
2. Financial Secretary deals with all matters concerning money.
3. Referee Secretary deals with the management and allocation of referees.
4. The General Secretary does not deal with any of the above and does not wish to do so. His hours of business are between the hours of 6 and 9 pm. Calls during the day will not be answered so do not even think about it.
Please ensure that your problem or query is directed to the correct officer. Read, digest and act on these notes.

ANOTHER NOTE
When sending anything to Gary Brooks please don't send it registered. He's not home and doesn't want to face the six mile round trip to the sorting office anymore!
