Information Things that need doing now
All current member clubs should shortly receive their L.F.A. affiliation forms for next season. These must be sent off immediately to ensure that you are ready to start next season. The General Secretary will require your registration number as soon as you receive it. Clubs will also soon receive insurance forms from Blue Fin. Once again the League will be offering 3 monthly payment scheme. If you wish to take advantage of this scheme the form must be completed and sent to the Financial Secretary as soon as possible. Final date for acceptance will be the Annual General Meeting 6th June 2011. After this date clubs will have to make their own arrangements. The Financial Secretary wants a break this year and will not be chasing clubs as in previous years.
Information AGM 11th June 2012 at 8pm
Clubs are reminded that ALL clubs MUST be represented at this meeting. ALL CUP WINNERS must return the cups at this meeting without fail. These clubs are Broadway United, Contour S, Downhills Park, Florentia, Rio, Southbury, The Lane and Travellers United. Replica cups will not be presented to clubs failing to do so and will be fined for not complying with League instructions.
Information Club colours
ALL CLUBS are reminded that LFA rule 9a states that "No player including the goalkeeper shall be permitted to wear black or very dark shirts." This rule wil be strictly enforced next season so please bear this in mind if you have such a kit or when choosing a new kit.
Information Results
The Secretary of the HOME team will be required to phone the result of the match to 07847 212815 before 3.30 p.m on the day of the match.
Should the fixture not be played, the Club Secretary must phone, giving the reason for the postponement. Please read rule 26 e.
Information Regulation Kit
Except when the away team changes because of a colour clash all teams are required to play in their colours as registered with the League and as shown in the Handbook.
All players are required to wear shinpads.
